How do I update or change my registered mobile number?: We apologize, but we currently do not have the option to change the registered mobile number. Thank you for your understanding.
How do I delete my account?: Up until now, there is no explicit feature to delete one’s PollPe account. Although, if the users stop using their account for more than six months, the system automatically deactivates their account and deletes them.
Why do some users face problems when redeeming their coins?: When submitting redeem requests, users should follow the displayed guidelines. You can get in touch with our customer service at [email protected] if the problem persists.
Why is the number of available and total coins different?: Please note that you must have Available PollPe coins to be able to redeem, which is different from the Total PollPe coins. For additional information, please click on the 'i' button next to the available coin count when you redeem.
Can I refund my PollPe coins once I proceed with redeeming them?: Once proceeded with the redeeming process, in any format or related to any application, users cannot get a refund of their PollPe coins. If any problems occur during the process of redeeming, then either it’ll get automatically fixed or you can contact us at [email protected].
How many PollPe Coins can I redeem at a time?: There is no maximum limit on how many PollPe Coins can be redeemed at a time by you.
