How do I delete my account?: Up until now, there is no explicit feature to delete one’s PollPe account. Although, if the users stop using their account for more than six months, the system automatically deactivates their account and deletes them.
What is a 'suspicious redeem request'?: Redeem requests won't be processed and will be moved to suspicious if we or the system notice any strange activity on your account. Please email us at [email protected] if you believe your request is sincere and still considered suspicious.
How much time does it take to process a suspicious redeem request?: When our system detects that the user is genuine it automatically processes the suspicious redeem request within 24 hours. Please reach us at [email protected] if your redeem request is not processed within this time frame despite not being suspicious.
Why have we removed Paytm, Myntra & Nykaa Gift cards?: We regret to inform you that we found altern rewarding options for our application. Instead of Paytm, Myntra and Nykaa gift cards, we have introduced a UPI withdrawal option for all users. Herein, you can directly transfer your earnings to your UPI ID and avail the same benefits.
